Went to see Norah Jones at the Sydney Entertainment centre. It’s a shonky venue but when you’re in row 11 from the front on the dancefloor it doesn’t matter. Some may call her Snorah Jones but she was delightful and has beautiful voice live. I might even say better than the CD! Well, better than my MP3′s! She was very nice to the audience, thanking us for attending and trying to do the Aussie accent. I knew nearly all the songs except for a few “B” sides and “hippie” cover versions she did. The ausdience was very varied baseball caps to seniors…but mostly on the “old” side. Thanks Jamie for the ticket as b’day present.
