Chocolate Appreciation
Went to the Lindt Cafe in Martin Place for a chocolate appreciation course. I really did learn how to appreciate quality chocolate and won’t eat $2 shop choc ever again. It started with a hot chocolate, plain chocolate pieces, truffles, cakes and ice cream. I really wanted to eat a spring roll at the end of it. At $60 a pop it wasn’t cheap, but I think it was a very interesting presentation by the head chocolatier and there was plenty of chocolate to eat. We all pitched in for BJ’s birthday and got a gift bag and doggie bag to take home.
