What I’m reading at the moment

No Lifeguard on Duty - The Accidental Life of the World’s first Supermodel
About the 70’s/80’s “super” model Janice Dickinson
I love reading biographies especially ones from the entertainment/fashion/celebrity industry. The book starts with a lot of the “c” word, “f” word and excess consumption of drugs and alcohol. A juicy read for those long train trips from Epping to the City and back.
Also reading/browsing…
Where You’re At by Patrick Neate - an insightful investigation into what hip-hop culture means/represents in different cultures (eg New York, Tokyo, Jo’burg etc)
The Hit Factory - The Stock Aitken Waterman Story
Love Your Home - Habitat (the Terence Conran “designer homeware” store)
Sydney Style (Taschen) - Exteriors, Interiors & Details of really “noice” Sydney homes.
Hey I don’t pay for this stuff, I borrow it from the City of Sydney library.

  del.icio.us this!

Hey Rozie! So happy to see that I’m not the only person that still goes to the library. I take it you go to the city branch… Surry Hills is a little neglected unfortunately.
