Sounds like a good story to tell!

I've been reading "One Continuous Picnic: A Gastronomic History of Australia" which has frequent reference to the Chinese, who ran (run!) much of the market gardening in the country throughout its history. Very interesting book actually. Will blog about it when I'm done.
