YES! YES! YES!
SATC is one of my all-time favourite tv shows. Rob kindly booked tickets to see Sex & the City: The Movie at Bondi Junction on Saturday night. This was my first time seeing a film at the cinemas there and I was surprised to find out that the seats are already allocated when you book the tickets – how civilised! The movie was great, I laughed , I cried… I won’t tell you any more in case you haven’t seen it yet. Now I know how Trekkies feel when a new Star Trek movie comes out. I was trying to think of any other tv to big screen successes… X-Files perhaps???

I was lucky enough to score tix on opening night through work.
Good movie even for a non hardcore fan.
Scored freebies as we were invited by Who Magazine.
They had Who bags on every seat, free popcorn, free drinks etc.
Anyways……… I was probably one of 5 guys in a cinema of 350+ ppl.

Maybe I’ll go see it again. For now, I’m going to start watching all my SATC DVDs again. Maybe I should have done that BEFORE seeing the film.
I really liked it! A-ron sat through it as well. I’m not a big fan of TV and don’t have that many TV shows that I absolutely love. SATC is up there with Miami Vice, The Young Ones, X-files and The Goodies for sure.
Speaking of which. I thought the Miami Vice movie was pretty good (even though loads of people didn’t). I just stopped comparing it to the series because it’s nothing like it.
I hope the X-files new movie is good
