Just want to say that the RTA woman didn’t actually threaten not to issue the licence, it was just a thought I had.

Make a complaint. That’s outrageous! Touch screens need to be calibrated reguilarly, and I’m sure there’s a function in the software to do it. Just the arsehole you were dealing with doesn’t like doing work. The fact she threatened to not issue your license is bang out of order.
